Himalayan Heart Australia are interested in any recipes you have that could be included in our Himalayan Heart Australia Nepalese Cookbook. They can be family favourites handed down over the years or they can be your favourite and attributed to another cookbook or person. Keep your eye out for our Launch Date as we hope to have our Himalayan Heart Australia Nepalese Cookbook on the market very soon.
It is the intention of Himalayan Heart Australia to provide an opportunity for teachers to obtain the real Nepalese experience.
For a period of six weeks, or twelve weeks, teachers can apply to Himalayan Heart Australia and join us in establishing and continuing the Himalayan Heart Australia effort in Nepal.
Teachers will provide their own airfare and some other expenses, and Himalayan Heart Australia can provide local accommodation and meals. In return, volunteers will provide and write programs, train local teachers and teach in local schools and with local children - all under the guidance of local Himalayan Heart Australia staff. It will be the experience of a lifetime offering teaching and living skills you can't get in Oz.
Drop us a line if you are interested!
